The Celtic Heritage Society was established in 1991 and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational organization. We host weekly Irish Music Sessions, quarterly member meetings with a presentation of music or history. Our main event is CelticFest Mississippi held annually on the 2nd weekend in October at Bobby Cleveland Park at Lakeshore in Central Mississippi. 

The 2026 Festival suffered from the threat of Hurricane Isaias when folks stayed home. Even though we were not impacted by the Hurricane, there was significant financial damage to the tune of a $25,000 income shortfall. We have a Fundraising Campaign through the nonprofit support platform Zeffy which gives 100% of donations to our organization. Please help us close this funding gap. All board members are volunteers and receive no compensation.
