Scottish Clans and Family Associations are welcome to set up a 10×10 booth for Free which includes weekend admission for up to 4 members.
NEW- ALL ACCESS SPONSORSHIP for Conveners only has been added to eat and drink in the Hospitality Tent all Weekend for $75 per person.
One additional 10×10 space can be added for $25.
Additional space only, does not include free admission for additional members.
NOTE– PAYMENT FOR ANY ADDITIONAL TENTS OR CATERING SPONSORSHIP WILL BE BILLED VIA PAYPAL INVOICE.
You must provide your own extension cords, tents, tables and chairs.
RV or Tent Camping is available on the grounds for the weekend SOLD OUT for RVs- $25 for Camping Tents- limited power access. There are no shower facilities onsite. There is a full service campground located next door to the park if you prefer full facilities. Timberlake Campground

Set up Arrival Times; Thursday anytime, Friday anytime before 3:30pm. Parking will be behind your booth for one car. All others will park in the Staff lot outside of the gate.
