Employing research and a knowledge of history the SCA strives to enrich the lives of participants through events, demonstrations, and other educational presentations and activities. | ||
| Chimneyville Weavers & Spinners Guild | The Chimneyville Weavers and Spinners Guild (CWSG) was formed in 1980 by a group of handweavers who wanted to preserve and expand their craft in Mississippi. Several guild members are also juried members of the Craftsmen’s Guild of Mississippi, which helped form the CWSG and with whom they partner in a number of events. | ||
| Cool Creek Farm | Cool Creek is a family run farm in Fannin, MS whose main focus is to preserve Heritage Breeds. They’ll be showcasing not only our favourite Highland Cows this year but also their Guernsey Goats and critically endangered Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs. | ||
