The Celtic Heritage Society is a 501(c)3 non profit educational organization whose main event is CelticFest Mississippi, held annually on the 2nd weekend in October at Bobby Cleveland Park at Lakeshore. All board members are volunteers and receive  no compensation.  

Since 1991 we have been a showcase for Traditional Irish and Scottish Music, Dance and Athletic competitions at the Mississippi Agriculture Museum and since 2021 on the Barnett Reservoir in Central Mississippi at Lakeshore Park.  

We are a Three Day full service Festival with a special Demo Day for Families, Tasting Events,  Multiple Stages, Highland Heavy Athletics Competitions, Workshops & Demonstrations, Food & Merchandise Vendors and more with a water view!
