Dr. William Shepherd Smith is a retired minister of the Presbyterian Church USA and lives with his wife Rosanne in the Jackson area. He has previously presided over Kirking services for the Mississippi Highland Games and the Louisiana Highland Games, is a noted author on hymnology and genealogy, and was formerly a missionary to Brazil. His family is of strong Scottish stock and he is the uncle of the members of Smithfield Fair. Close this window
